Prices, shipping costs, and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value added tax and other price components. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply.

Delivery is available to the following countries:

The shipping costs will be clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and again on the order page.

Shipping times
We ship via Deutsche Post or DHL. Unless otherwise specified, delivery within Germany takes 3-6 days.
Shipments within the European Union are made within 4-14 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment is agreed upon from the date of the payment order). The delivery time depends on the recipient’s country.
Shipments outside the European Union are made within 7-48 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed upon from the date of the payment order). The delivery time depends on the country of the recipient.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered several items with different delivery dates (especially pre-orders), we will ship them together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. The delivery date for the entire order is that of the item with the longest delivery time.

Shipping takes place Monday through Friday, except on public holidays.

Pre-ordering items

Pre-orders will be shipped at the earliest one day before release.

Payment is due upon placing the order.

Pre-ordered products cannot be ordered together with regular products.
