The name of the album says it all. The artist himself describes the creative process as a conscious decision against the pressure to sound new: \u201cWhen I write songs [&#8230;] \u2018How can I make this sound new? \u2019 I&#8217;m so damn tired of thinking that way. So this time I thought, \u2018How can I make this sound old? \u2019 I call the album Classic Vintage because that&#8217;s exactly what it is.\u201d  <\/p>\n<p>A perfect example of this idea is the first single, \u201cCold Where I&#8217;m Living.\u201d It showcases Moneybrother&#8217;s curiosity for musical influences, his typically intense vocals, and catchy melodies. The song is the direct embodiment of his philosophy: \u201c\u2018Cold Where I&#8217;m Living\u2019 is old music, recorded in an old studio, by old people with old instruments.
